Shipping & returns
Dispatched from Spain, delivered across the EU and the UK.
Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Spain typically arrives in 1–2 business days; the rest of the EU in 3–5. For EU destinations everything ships within the union, so there are no customs delays or import charges. UK orders usually arrive in 4–7 business days and cross a customs border on the way — any UK import VAT or duty is charged on arrival and is the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping cost
Flat rate of €9.95 across the EU and the UK. Orders over €250 ship free. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Any UK import charges are separate and settled with the carrier on delivery.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items travel with insulation and cold packs where the destination and season require it.
Cold-chain storage
Temperature-sensitive products must be kept refrigerated. Keep cold at all times and do not leave at room temperature for extended periods. Follow the specific storage requirements supplied with each product.
Unpack and refrigerate as soon as your order arrives. If a delivery has clearly been delayed in transit, email us before using the contents and we'll sort it out.
Returns
Because these are research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened items — once the seal is broken the material can no longer be verified. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost.
