The format is the product
Most suppliers ship lyophilised powder and leave reconstitution to you — bacteriostatic water, syringes, the arithmetic, and a margin for error at every step. We specialise in pre-mixed pen formats instead. The compound arrives ready, the pen doses it, and the complicated preparation simply isn't part of the process.
Where a format genuinely serves the protocol better, we offer it. Lyophilised vials still win on shelf life, and nasal sprays avoid injection altogether. What we won't do is make the format an afterthought.
Sourcing and cold chain
Our products are sourced from selected UK laboratories chosen for quality, consistency and reliable supply. From there the chain is only as good as its coldest link — temperature-sensitive material is kept refrigerated throughout, packed with insulation and cold packs where the destination and season demand it, and shipped from within the EU so nothing sits in a customs queue warming up.
That responsibility carries on after delivery. Keep products cold on arrival, don't leave them at room temperature for extended periods, and follow the specific storage requirements supplied with each product.
